Approach
Through a collaborative effort with Intel, Spyre Group provided the necessary tools, executive training, and support to ignite employee innovation within the organization. A network was established to foster connections between Intel representatives and innovation leaders in government defense ministries. Comprehensive training programs were conducted, involving representatives from the IDF, the Israeli Air Force, and other defense organizations.
